Northland Announces New ISIN, CINS Numbers
 Luxembourg, June 9, 2010: Northland Resources S.A. ("Northland" or "the Company") announces that further to the Company's press release dated January 25, 2010 regarding the Company's continuance from the jurisdiction of British Columbia, Canada to the jurisdiction of Luxembourg, the Company has obtained new ISIN and CINS numbers as set forth below:

CUSIP (CINS): L69683 107

The common shares of the Company will commence trading with the new ISIN and CINS on Monday, June 14, 2010. In the meantime, the common shares will continue to trade under the current Canadian ISIN, being ISIN CA6665271061.
